We are landowners and community members; country residents and town residents; people who were born here, raised our kids here, or retired here.

We are farmers, workers, shop owners, mechanics, teachers, stay-at-home moms, insurance brokers, veterans, hunters, school board members, grandparents, kids, and grandkids…

Our mission

We want to make sure you, your family, and everyone else knows exactly what’s going on with this unwelcome wind-and-solar industrialization plan for Fayette County, so that together we can take informed action to protect our rural quality of life.

That could mean

• Writing to our county commissioners;

• Showing up at a community information meeting;

• Turning down an irrevocable wind/solar lease agreement;

• Documenting the baseline sound/noise levels and light quality outside your home today, in case you need it for a lawsuit in the future;

• Learning how most “clean/green energy” is, frankly, kind of a scam (even if it has good intentions).
